Housing

I would make housing supply, affordability and homelessness a top City Hall priority. I would accelerate approvals for purpose-built rental, affordable and supportive housing; use public land strategically; encourage gentle density near transit; strengthen action against bad-faith evictions; and expand shelter-to-housing pathways. I would also pursue provincial and federal funding so Toronto can build more homes without placing the full burden on municipal taxpayers.

Transit & getting around

I would prioritize a coordinated transportation plan that improves TTC reliability, repairs roads and bridges, reduces congestion and makes walking and cycling safer. I would use traffic and transit data to optimize signal timing, construction coordination and road use, while expanding transit capacity where demand is highest. Toronto needs a transportation network that moves people efficiently—whether they drive, take transit, cycle or walk.

Taxes & city services

Toronto residents deserve excellent city services without being burdened by unnecessary tax increases. As Mayor, I would make City Hall more accountable by reducing waste, improving procurement, measuring service performance and prioritizing essential services. I would protect funding for transit, roads, public safety, housing, parks and community services while pursuing provincial and federal funding. Every tax dollar should deliver measurable value and better services for Toronto residents.

Policing & safety

I would prioritize visible, responsive and community-focused public safety. That means targeted police presence where data identifies risks, safer TTC stations and vehicles, better lighting and maintenance, traffic safety measures, and faster responses to disorder. I would also expand mental-health, addiction and outreach services so police are not the only response. Every resident should be able to use Toronto’s parks, streets and transit with confidence.

Climate & environment

Toronto needs practical climate action that protects residents, strengthens infrastructure and preserves our natural environment. As Mayor, I would expand tree canopy and green spaces, improve energy efficiency, support cleaner transportation, prepare for extreme weather and protect ravines, waterways and natural areas. Climate policies should be measurable, financially responsible and focused on creating a healthier, more resilient Toronto for current and future generations.

Other

Cost of Living: My priority would be reducing the cost of getting around Toronto by making transit more reliable, affordable and accessible while improving road efficiency and reducing congestion. I would also push City Hall to find operating efficiencies, reduce unnecessary costs and protect essential services before asking residents for more taxes or fees. Affordability means measurable savings and better value for every Toronto taxpayer.
