Housing

We need to build more housing, faster, while making sure growth works for our communities. I support more affordable and purpose-built rental housing, gentle density and a wider range of housing choices, together with faster approvals, strong planning and the infrastructure and services needed to support growth.

Transit & getting around

Toronto needs a safe, reliable transportation network that works for everyone. My priority is improving TTC reliability and safety while supporting safe walking and cycling infrastructure and ensuring our streets work for transit riders, pedestrians, cyclists, drivers and local businesses.

Taxes & city services

Residents deserve good value for their tax dollars and reliable city services they can count on. I will focus on getting the basics right, including fixing roads and potholes, keeping parks and public spaces clean, improving snow clearing and delivering services efficiently, while making responsible decisions about how we spend public money.

Policing & safety

Everyone deserves to feel safe in their neighbourhood. I support effective, accountable community policing and timely responses when people need help, alongside investments in prevention, mental health and crisis supports, youth programs and community services that address the root causes of crime and disorder.

Climate & environment

Climate action needs to deliver practical results in our neighbourhoods. In Ward 14, my priorities include protecting the Don River and our ravines, strengthening flood and stormwater resilience, expanding and protecting our tree canopy and green spaces, and supporting cleaner, sustainable ways to get around. I will also work to ensure new development and major infrastructure projects contribute to a greener and more climate resilient Toronto-Danforth.

Other

Toronto-Danforth needs experienced, practical leadership that can get things done. Having served eight years on City Council and spent the years since working closely with businesses, residents and communities across Toronto, I know how to navigate City Hall and turn local priorities into results. I am ready to bring that experience back to Ward 14 and get to work from day one.
