We can combat hate & protect people’s Charter rights. Unfortunately, Bill C-9 doesn't do that. Instead, it criminalizes peaceful, yet disruptive protest, which is fundamentally different than expressions of hate. If we don’t understand that, then how can we actually address hate?

Our natural and cultural heritage — whether it's the waterfront, or irreplaceable cultural artifacts — are not for sale. But @fordnation, for all of his masquerading as "Captain Canada," treats everything that makes Toronto and Ontario distinct and beautiful as an asset to sell.

What I want to know is how much @fordnation has spent on "Protect Ontario" ads demonizing homeless people instead of committing that funding to affordable and supportive housing.
