Housing

I support more housing, but growth has to come with affordability, infrastructure and respect for existing neighbourhoods. I would strengthen renter protections, support genuinely affordable housing, and make sure new development is matched by the transit, parks and services communities need.

Transit & getting around

I want a TTC that is reliable, safe and worth what riders pay for it. I support more frequent service, faster repairs, better transit priority, safer cycling infrastructure and better coordination of construction so people can move around the city more predictably.

Taxes & city services

Before asking residents to pay more, City Hall should do a better job with the money it already collects. I would focus on procurement, project management, service delivery and finding savings while protecting the services residents actually rely on.

Policing & safety

Residents should feel safe on their streets, in parks and on transit. I support visible enforcement, adequate police and by-law capacity, mental-health and crisis supports where appropriate, and consistent enforcement of the rules regardless of who is breaking them.

Climate & environment

I support practical climate action that protects affordability while preparing Toronto for the future. That means stronger standards for new buildings, protecting and expanding green space, improving flood and heat resilience, and growing renewable energy without simply passing the costs onto renters.
